Hello everyone-
Pacha Pizza is a pizzeria. In case you're wondering, the word "pacha" means earth in the language of Quichua. In the summer, we open our outdoor seating and we cook pizzas in an earth oven. An earth oven is made of many materials. It does not take electricity. To heat, we use fire. THe outdoor seating will include covered seating and seating near the earth oven. There will be kind of a bar in front of the earth oven. If you wish to eat outside, park in the front, walk straight down the driveway, and go to the cashier. The cashier will seat you or tell you about how many minutes till a table is vacant.
We also have indoor seating if you like that too. We have music indoors and outdoors. The restroom is for both men and women and is located at the end of the hall. We have a lobby with a TV. If there is a REALLY exciting sports game on, we will turn the TV on. Please do not venture beneath curtained areas for they are for employees only. Also, no one is allowed to go behind the outdoor "bar" for the safety. The earth oven contains fire and we prefer if no is burnt by it.
We expect we will open next summer, for we are remodling our upstairs bathroom and have not started building the earth oven.
